References (bibliographic list in the English language) must correspond to the numbered bibliographic list. The names of books and articles in the Russian language are transliterated in Latin letters and are translated into English. Foreign sources in Roman alphabet are left unchanged.

Requirements to References Formatting

The Names of articles, monographs and journals in the Russian language must be transliterated in Roman alphabet.

Transliteration can be conducted automatically with the help of translit.ru, the preferable transliteration mode is LC (Library of Congress).

If you refer to the translated source the name of original publication must be given.

Requirements to Formatting and Structure of Articles.

Structure of the Article and the Order of its Elements:

  1. The name of the place of author`s work, their title, position, place of work and electronic address.
  2. Initials and surname of author (authors).
  3. The title of the article in Russian in capital letters (it must be short and reflect the essence of the studied matter).
  4. Abstract of the article in Russian (200-250 words).
  5. Key words (10-12 words in Russian).
  6. Abstract of the article in English (200-250 words).
  7. Key words (10-12 words in English).
  8. The text of article (not exceeding 30 thousand characters).
  9. Bibliographic list composed according to the order of the  sources` citation  in the article and numbered automatically.
  10. References (Bibliographic list) must correspond to the numbered bibliographic list. The names of books and articles in the Russian language are transliterated in Latin letters and are translated into English. Foreign sources in Roman alphabet are left unchanged.

More Detailed Information about Certain Elements of Article:

abstract is a brief description of the scientific article of a substantially bigger volume, which is published separately from the basic text. It must contain the information about the basic facts of the work and mustn`t exaggerate or contain the material which isn`t presented  in the basic part of publication. The volume of abstract is 200-250 words.

main part of article must contain: theoretical-and-methodological part, determining and justifying the choice of methods to solve stated problem; demonstration of quantitative and qualitative data, obtained in the process of realization of the stated methods and methods; generalization and integration of the obtained results into the intellectual history of the studied object;

bibliographic list. Two identical numbered bibliographic lists are given after the text of the article. One «Bibliographic list» for the Russian speaking  readers is formatted according to the State Standard 7.1 and 7.82. The second list – «References» for the foreign readers is formatted according to the requirements of Scopus database. The numeration in both lists must totally coincide.

– References in the text of the article are given in the end of sentence by giving the number of the cited work from «Bibliographic list» in square brackets []. In case of citation, the number of pages of the cited work is given after the number of its order in the bibliographic list after comma [3, с. 5].
