The author is responsible for the scientific content of the article and guarantees the validity of the material presented.

The author also guarantees that:

• he/she has not published and will not publish the article in the amount of more than 50% in both print and (or) electronic editions, except for publishing the article as a preprint;
• The article contains all the reference to the cited authors and publications provided for the current legislation about the copyright, as well as the results used in the article and the facts obtained by the other authors or organizations;
• The article does not include the materials which are not to be published in the open press in accordance with legally enforceable enactments.

The author places the editorial responsibilities for reviewing the article, for implementing a scientific, literary and style editing, for producing paper and electronic layout for distributing the journal with the author’s article.

The author agrees that editors have the right:

• to providing the materials of scientific articles to Russian and foreign organizations providing Scientific Index of Citing;
• to make reductions and editorial changes in the text of the manuscript;
• to make reprints of the journal with the authors’ article, to place preliminary and advertising information on the forthcoming publication of the article and the published journals in the mass media.

The author also agrees that the manuscripts of articles will not be returned and remuneration (fee) for the published articles are not paid.
